Install the correct build
Use the official download for your platform (Windows or Mac). Don’t mix Mac keys with Windows installers.

Activate — or call us
Enter the key carefully (watch 0/O and 1/I). If activation fails, call (800) 555-0188 with your order number.
Installation guide
- Open the delivery email from SoftLicenseHub and save your product key somewhere safe.
- Download the installer that matches your license — Windows or Mac — from the official Microsoft portal or the link we provide.
- Close other Office apps, run the installer, and sign in only if the product page says an account is required.
- When prompted, enter the key exactly as shown. Spaces and dashes usually count.
